Exchange & Refund Policy

  • We offer an easy return policy on standards sizes; However we discourage returns without reasons
  • We do not offer returns to customers on the basis of like / dislike.
  • We do not offer returns on custom sized abayas
  • In-case of  genuine reasons such as fitting issues from our side, returns are accepted within 7 days with full refund.
  • In case of returns, customer will have to bear the return cost.
  • Item(s) must be returned in their original condition and packaging: unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached.
  • You have to inform us about returning it within 48 hours of receiving it and you have to send it back within 10 working days. Returned parcels received after 3-10 days will not be refunded.
  • Refunds are made within 5 days of receiving on our end after we thoroughly check its condition. You can communicate you preferred method of payment to us via WhatsApp, email or on our Instagram.
  • If a customer fails to accept a cash on delivery parcel, their account is disabled from the website. Delivery charges are re-applied if the customer wants the same parcel to be sent again.
  • Items bought on sale discount cannot be returned or exchanged.
