Exchange & Refund Policy

• We offer an easy return policy on standards sizes; However we discourage returns without reasons
• We do not offer returns to customers on the basis of like / dislike.
• We do not offer returns on custom sized abayas
• In-case of  genuine reasons such as fitting issues from our side, returns are accepted within 7 days with full refund.
• In case of returns, customer will have to bear the return cost, and refund will be made in 5 working days, after the product is received, unused and packed.
